Trying to leave

I have filled in the cancellation form for termination and posted it on 26 April., I then followed it up a couple days later with a email also stating I was leaving.

I have no confirmation that this has been put into action from Plus Net and wish to know that as my contract has come to an end and I do not want to continue as I have had so many problems with Plus Net.

Thank you

Please enlighten me as to the status

Many Thanks

Re: Trying to leave

Are you moving to another provider? If so, you should not tell PN you are leaving or it could/ will more than likely cause problems and a cessation fee. You should sign up with your new provider and let them do it all for you.
