Trying to download bills after moving ISP

I moved back to BT on July 6th and, despite plusnet cancelling my direct debit before taking the final payment (!) I paid the final amount via a debit card yesterday when I got the "Unfortunately, we've not received the regular Direct Debit payment for your Plusnet account" email.
Anyway my online access account has now been disabled but I wanted to download my bills. Is it possible to get my plusnet bills downloaded by e.g. temporarily enabling my access to do this?
Meanwhile this afternoon I got an email from plusnet stating:
"We're emailing you to let you know that as your cancellation request has
now been placed. Your cancellation will take place on 07/08/2015."
Any idea what this refers to?

Ok. any chance of either emailing me my plusnet bills or temporarily giving me access to these online so I can download them?

I've arranged for this to be temporarily reactivated for a couple of days, so you should be able to login to the member centre now.
