Trying to close my account

Hi...I've been trying to contact plusnet for the past week and each time i ring there are wait times of up to 15 minutes! I don't have that spare time to sit and wait for 15minutes. 

I'm leaving the UK next week and need to close my account...is there any other way than to sit and waste my day on the phone? Pretty ridiculous to not be able to speak to anyone.

I would try the customer options team number directly you might be able to get through quicker on 0330 123 9197

Good advice, but the number to call is 0800 013 2632.

Currently there is less than a 1 minute wait for that department.
