Ordered an upgrade on 20/03/20 online but for reasons too convoluted to go into had to cancel so rang on same day and was told that message would be sent to department concerned to cancel upgrade but they were uncontactable at that actual time. Three days later received email confirming upgrade had taken place and I now have fibre extra, which I do not want. I have tried numerous times over the last few times over the last couple of days to phone but have received no answer and no answer to the open question number200191337 from the 20th.
