Trying to alert PlusNet to my mothers death

My mother died recently and I am trying to close her various services.  I am the account holder but when I tried to contact you I was simply told "we cannot take your call".  I realise these are difficult times but I do think there are some elements of your service that should continue.

The options are to phone (a dedicated number is given on that page) or to write (the address is given and also a downloadable pro forma if you want to use it).
