keep getting the above message. Any ideas ? Cleared out logs, cookies, history etc with no change.
Need to access billing as I think I'm about to run out of contract and would rather not go into standard billing.

As per my first post cleared everything. I'm on an old iPad, using goodness knows what version of iOS, so can't change or upgrade. I have not had this problem before using this device. It's not PN's homepage, it's stating they have a problem

Weird, got in by going straight to my account from the browser page. Couldn't get the Plusnet header page up at all.

I thinkk that I know the fault now. I get the same problem on my old ipad, which runs on ios 9.3.
Also this forum doesn't fully work, for example cut and paste plus referenced links don't work.
It's fine on other platforms.

That is indeed the problem. Mine is also iOS 9.3. Poor thing, it's going to be put to pasture soon.
