Trying to Join Plusnet but system implying cancelled

Hi all
I excitedly signed up for Plusnet yesterday morning and received confirmation e-mails.
When tracking the order it flagged up that there was an issue. I then discovered the following in a Question opened on my behalf:
Internal note: Order has been cancelled. Please check Install Diary and resubmit order once issue is resolved.
I have had no other information for 24 hours. Should I be concerned? Should I be asking for my upfront line rental fee back?

Welcome to the boards,
I can see this is for a Fibre installation - Please could you PM me with your availability for an appointment. standard lead times is round about 10 days, So if you could give me dates from 16th onwards, and specify whether you'd prefer AM or PM, I'll get this looked into for you

Thank you very much Matt for your rapid response and action following the receipt of my PM. Which? were right about Plusnet's great customer service. We even got a text from our current Broadband provider this afternoon regarding the transfer.
