Earlier this year I signed up to a new 18 month contract with Plusnet. This included the £9 a month Anytime calls package which I was told I could change at any time without affecting the Boradband/Line Rental part contract.
I have today tried to cancel the call package but the confirmation page that came up for me to OK showed my Unlimeted Fibre Extra as being out of contract (which it isn't) and costing 20.99 (which is the pre-discount cost). I didn't feel comfortable clicking OK at this point as it seemed I would lose the discount offered to me at the start of this 18 month contract.
I'm not sure how best to proceed nor why it thinks I'm out of contract.
Can anyone help?
