My referrals are split between 3 Plusnet accounts but I'd like to consolidate them on one account. Is there a way to do this online or should I contact CS?
Hi @Taffel, thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately we can't transfer referrals from one account to another although I can see someone you spoke to earlier in the week attempted to do this.
