Transfer To Sky LLU

Hi
I completed my transfer to Sky LLU today and depsite having my MAC code they never at any point asked for this. They did say they would deal with all aspects of the transfer from Plusnet but looking at my Plusnet account I can't see any indication that this has been stopped. Do I need to contact Plusnet directly to finish this?
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes definitely contact PN.  And make sure they stop taking money from you
