Topcashback payment not received

On the 19th March I used Topcashback to switch from my previous provider to Plusnet with the promise of £80 cashback

The change over took place on 4/4/2018

 

Happy with the change over and service but......

 

To date I have not received any payment and this seems to be a common issue with TCB & Plusnet

 

I lodged a missing claim with TCB and was informed it could take several months to process the claim which will automatically be forwarded to Plusnet on 7/9/2018 (4 weeks time)!

The transaction with Plusnet does not even show in my TCB account or earnings any longer but did appear when I lodged the missing cashback claim

£80 is a significant amount, does anyone have any tips or ideas how I can get thinngs processed a bit quicker?

Hi @pianorealm,

 

I am sorry to hear that you have not yet received a top cash back payment.

 

From what it looks like on your account, I cannot seem to find anything saying you signed up with top cash back.

 

Are you able to provide us with any information regarding your sign up? Ideally, a screenshot of your top cashback profile showing the Plusnet sign up. If you have any details to show your sign up and we can look into this further.
