Topcashback not tracking correct amount.

Ive signed up today for Unlimited Fibre at £23-99 through Topcashback.

Topcashback shows the cashback should be £70, however its only showing as £40 in my account.

 I factored in the £70 in my decision to switch to Plusnet.

I know this is not really the place to ask but do you think the amount will be lifted once my account is verified as this seems to have happened before with Topcashback and Plusnet.

I've lodged a claim for the missing cashback as advised.
In the TCB details section when filling in the claim it asks for my Plusnet email, as i don't have a Plusnet email address I've put in the email address attached to my account.
Hope this is ok.

Sounds good. I think when it advises for a Plusnet email address it may just mean a contact address possibly the one stored on your account.
