Topcashback declined

I signed up for the phone & broadband package June 13th. I did it through Topcashback and my reward of £80 was tracked but it's saying declined. Why has it been declined. I am a new customer & still am a customer so why have I not received the reward offered at the time of signing up with you. I can provide a screen shot of my topcashback if required

Sorry to hear your cashback is showing as declined.

I've tracked it from our side and we can see you should be eligible.


I'd recommend raising a transaction query with TopCashBack then the status should automatically change to approved by the end of this month. Let us know if you have any problems.
