Topcashback declined

I joined plusnet back in march,and chose you as there was £60 cashback on offer via Topcashback. I made sure I clicked through from the TCB site but I've just been told my cashback has been declined as they have been informed that TCB was not the referrer. I know that it definitely was!

I'm really annoyed about this as the cashback was what made me take the contract over another provider! Is there anything that can be done to fix this?
