Topcashback - claim rejected by retailer

Hi,

I opened my broadband account through Topcashback, the claim tracked and had a confirmation email. However, the cashback has since been rejected by yourselves. I've opened a claim with Topcashback but I think this is very poor. Is there any way to speed this along?
