Hi,
I created a claim on the 8th Feb before the forum sticky about using the service ID which for me is 2096873.
Signed up on: 29th January 2013.
Cut n paste from Topcashback site:
Created: 08 Feb 2013
Claim Status: Waiting for Merchant
Merchant: Plusnet Broadband
Order Date: 29 Jan 2013
Purchase Value: £137.85
Expected Cashback: £38.00
Order Number: smileypete
Status: Waiting for merchant.
My Plusnet user name is 'smileypete'
I have also just raised a support ticket ID 66957262.
BTW could be worth reflecting what the sticky says to the 'Ask Jess' support feature, and the help assistant, also even the merchant notes on Topcashback.

I've raised this with the relevant team and as soon as I've got an update I'll let you know.
Certainly something we can look at, we'll collate the information that is asked to Jess and see how/if we need to adjust this.
