Topcashback - Money not received

Hi,
In accordance with the relevant thread request, please can someone at Plusnet investigate my cashback claim as I have still not received my funds.
•The date you signed up
I signed up to Plusnet around the 23/01/2013
•The response that you've received from the query raised with our affiliate company

Your claim has been submitted to the merchant (via their affiliate network who run their programme for them).
This will now be reviewed by the merchants network and resolution provided in due course.

Initially showed £72 on my claim but now £38
Please can I get an update on this asap as I have been waiting for a very long time for these funds to be credited.
