Topcashback Declined

Hi,

   I'm switching to PlusNet fast broadband on Wednesday and have just noticed in my Topcashback account that it has been declined (see attachment for screenshot).

   Can this be fixed?

Hi @phillips_chris

Did you attempt to get cashback from Topcashback and Plusnet. This is usually why Topcashback decline what has been on offer. You can only redeem one set of cashback.
