Topcashback Declined

Hi, myself and my mother are returning customers and had our Topcashback declined, not sure why?

Can someone check please?

Sorry to hear your cashback has been declined Darren

My checks are showing that your account was signed up under a TopCashBack offer. Can you raise a transaction query with TCB and then at the end of this month the cashback should automatically be approved?

If you PM me your mother's username I can check that too.
