I've been advised that your cashback was validated on the 30th August.

TopCashback should relay you this within 30 days. Let us know how your account with them looks at the end of this month.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

The £80 is now payable.

Not in too much of a rush to cashout, but if I do what affect does it have on my open claim to get the extra £15 ?

If the claim is approved I'd expect you to see £95 but if it's rejected then it should stay at £80 for you to use via your TopCashback account.

However, based on the response we received from our marketing guys previously, we weren't offering £95 cashback for the package you signed up on, so it's unlikely that we'll be able to increase the amount as per my response Here.

As we validate claims at the end of each month, let us know what response you receive in a few weeks and we'll go from there.

I can't really advise this at the moment as I need to check with the person in charge of this. This can't be done until Monday, however I will chase this up and we'll get a response back to you then.

 

We will always honour cashback offers if there is sufficient evidence to show the claim is a valid one.

Ah, is this progress with your claim for the extra £15?  I can see you've been pushing this.

 

My claim with TCB is still showing as waiting for retailer.

Hi, yes the extra £15 will be shown on next bill.

In effect my 'waiting for retailer' claim can be closed down & I can cash out Smiley

Hi @OllieC,

I'm in the same position as @pnb, and posted the image on message #25.  So, do I still wait on TCB to progress this, or do I raise a ticket, or can you action this for a refund the same as @pnb is getting?
