I've been advised by my marketing colleague that the affiliate offer for Unlimited Fibre at the time you signed up was £80, and the offer for Unlimited Fibre Extra was £95.

As it looks like you were advised differently as per the screenshot you've posted, we'd recommend raising this with TopCashback again.

If you have any issues please let us know and we'll see if there's anything else we can do from our side.

In hindsight that seems logical, though with cashback deals changing regularly, not always obvious.  I'll wait and see what TCB come back with.

Any chance you can move mine on to Confirmed/Payable please?

(dieselglider seems to have reached payable & only 2 days different)

 

Still a bit lost on have tcb reflect a different price to the one you are offering.

Will continue to bug them for the extra £15 if it is their error.

In regards to your statement:

If I were to now upgrade to the “Unlimited Fibre Extra” (£27.99 a month, 76Mb,18 month contract) which is what I would now prefer would I then be entitled to the £95 cashback?
My service is scheduled to start on the 23rd

I've passed this onto my marketing colleague now and I'll let you know when I hear back.

 

Still a bit lost on have tcb reflect a different price to the one you are offering.

It could be a display issue on their site.

I'm advised by my marketing colleague that we can't approve a cashback more than the amount what we're offering. For example, if the offer is £80 for Unlimited Fibre then we can't physically increase it via the affiliate systems we use.

 

The claim has now been sent over to you btw.

Whatever you can do to speed it up would be much appreciated.

It states from 4 weeks to several months!

I believe that's a standard timeframe depending on the retailer.

We'd validate claims at the end of each month, but hopefully it's done sooner now I've emailed marketing.

 

@alanpeter, I'd imagine that should be OK though you'll need to cancel your account/order and re-signup through TopCashback as we can't change a cashback deal on an account mid-flight so to speak.

That said it may be too late to cancel your order in our suppliers systems if it's going ahead for tomorrow.

Sorry about the delayed response.

One of my colleagues actually replied(Or tried to) yesterday afternoon but their reply is stuck in the system we use to reply to Community posts so I'm essentially replying direct now.

My colleague sent an email to our marketing colleague to investigate this and we'll update you when we hear back.

It should be next week.
