Top Cashback Query

Hi,
I ordered Unlimited Fibre via the link from Top Cashback on 9 April.  Unfortunately it was quite a long wait for the installation (13 May), but it's now up and running and I'm very happy with the service so far. The only issue I've got is the cash back.
After placing the order, it wasn't tracking on Top Cashback. I presumed this was because the service wasn't active yet, so I waited until it finally went live. At this point, it still wasn't tracking.  I've filed a claim with them, and after a while it switched to "waiting for merchant".  It's been in this state for just over a week now, so my question is, how long do these things usually take to work through?

Hi there,
These things can take at least 30 days, but we've seen them take a lot longer in some cases.
