Top Cash back didn't track, what should i do next....

Hi,
I ordered on the 24 May 2013, and I've been waiting for the top cashback to track, but nothing has shown up.
I tried filing a claim about a month ago but it still says waiting for merchant. So I contacted Plus net support and they said it was down to the affiliate and they couldn't help.
Is there something else I should do? or am I just being impatient
My user name is GMulford and think the order number is 2180000

Hi thanks. Somehow I didn't notice that sticky...
I have already contacted Top Cashback and Plusnet with the info from that post, but they couldn't help. It says that it should show up within a couple of weeks, but it's been over a month.
I'll just wait and see if topcashback hear from Plusnet. It probably just takes a while.
