Top Cash Back declined?

Hi 

 

I joined Plusnet in May this year when there was a £85 cash back offer on through Top Cash Back.

I have checked my account and it has been declined?

 

I am certain I followed the link from them (I must have as it shows in Top Cash Back).

 

There were issues to getting my account set up as I had an existing 'active' account from early 2000 that hadn't been closed by yourselves so maybe this has had an unforeseen effect?  The cash back was the one thing that made plusnet cheaper than a competitor.

 

I am awaiting Top Cash Back to look into this but thought it may be quicker to ask yourselves.

How long ago did you submit a claim to TopCashBack?

I believe we'd need to wait about 30 days for them to get back to you.

It has been less than 30 days so will wait. 

 

They have said:

Now we have submitted your claim, we have to wait for a response from the retailer. This may take 2 – 3 months, but please be assured we will be in touch as soon as we have an update.

 

2-3 months seems excessive.

It shouldn't be longer than 30 days as far as I'm aware we'd validate affiliate cashbacks once a month.
