Took up renewal discount offer but details now say I'm paying full price!

I just renewed for 18 months after recently receiving an email offering broadband and line rental for £30.00/month (£31.00 a month from 29th June 2017). The details stated that I would receive a discount of £7.98/month for the 18 month duration of the contract after which the price would increase to £44.48. After agreeing to the contract on the understanding that this is what I was signing up for I was then given details of my new contract which stated that I would be paying £44.48 from day one. I understood that I would be paying a total £36.50 with my add-ons taken into account - not £44.48. There's no way I'd have committed to another 18 months at £44.48/month when there might be better offers out there. How has this happened?

normally the price quoted excludes any discounts which are then subtracted - look at the relevant ticket on your account

When I renewed via a special offer email a couple of months ago, the confirmation email just gave the total I'd be paying per month.

If the details are not what you agreed am I not right in thinking you have 14 days to change your mind ?

Fix

Sorry for any confusion caused.

It looks like the discounts weren't added when your package changed.

I've added these for you now.

The best people to speak to are our customer options team, if you want to stay on Unlimited Fibre Extra they should be able to help with this.
