Too laughable to get actually angry about, but it it close

After a few years of annoyance at PN I finally swallowed the cancellation fee and made a move away a couple of months ago.

The following is made hilarious by the fact that after my final bill was paid I received a refund cheque because they calculated that they owed me it.  Ironically that made me think slightly better of them.  Hahaha I should have guessed. 

 

I relaxed too early:

Issue one - They're still billing me

Issue two - Cannot contact support by web chat as "I am an existing customer"

Issue three - Twitter support: 9 days to respond with a question - which I answered within 30 mins but it is now a further 19 days without a response.

Issue four - when I phone support it is never answered regularly hangs up on you 

 

So I am partly posting to vent, partly in the vain hope someone form CS will see and respond and partly to wonder out loud why anyone still stick with them?

Maybe because, as is your experience, it's impossible to leave?

I have to say that shortly after posting - I actually got through!!! 

And, in the interests of fairness - absolutely no complaints once I did the guy was very helpful and all has been resolved
