Today's bill wrong. AGAIN

My bill dated today  (penultimate  on this contract), shows the wrong discount. -£0.87 instead of -£12.99. Please rectify.

This does not encourage me to renew, nor do the emails showing increases in June and March, whether I renew or not.

While you have had problems with your billing system, you have had more than adequate time to re-write the whole system several times.
