To check your contract information, we need you to review your account.

I saw other people on the forum with this problem over two months ago, and now it's my turn it seems.

I received an email offering me a reduced fixed price contract.

But no matter if I click the email link, or go to the plusnet site myself, or use Chrome, Explorer, or Edge, all of them result in the same message.

'To check your contract information, we need you to review your account.'

Surely this can be fixed. I am trying to accept an 18 month contract at £25.99 but I just keep getting this message, something needs fixing, please, as I am unable to take up this offer.

Like others have said, it should be possible to click and accept this offer without hanging for ages on a phone to speak to someone.

@kmw350

Your best bet is to contact the Customer options team (apparently they can sort out your renewal etc).

Their direct number is 0800 013 2632 and they are open between the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00

Thanks,

I might as well have phoned in the first place, & I do appreciate your replies, but I just wonder why there is a link to 'automatically' accept this offer if it doesn't work properly.

Anyway, it's now been sorted by phone thanks.
