I'm posting here, because I am not confident (recent experience) that tickets which are added to are always correctly followed. I've just added the following to my MAC request ticket:
Please can you double check it is correctly carried out.

Please can you arrange to have my plusnet account converted to PAYG dial up complete with referral tracking, and working email. As confirmed by Mand was possible by PM on 3/3/2011 at 22:02

Not sure why you blanked out the ISP you are going to then added in the last sentence  Grin

Adam quiet often ask you to come back and report on your experience with another ISP, but we all know of the problems with TT and Sky

Hi Tony,
We'll keep an eye on it though by default we don't do anything with the account until the migration is confirmed complete.
