Ticket Problem

Opened a ticket (#40520252) about domain hosting yesterday and received a reply early this morning.
I added to the ticket a while ago and have since refreshed three times to look for an update (I know, I could have checked my emails Wink
I have just noticed that each refresh adds another copy of my last post - so now there are 4 copies of it showing. Does this show the same your end?

Yes, I can see the same at this end, this happens when you hit refresh after replying to a ticket. I'm assuming that's what you did so I wouldn't be too alarmed.
