{Think I posted this in the wrong thread as its a different deal to the £70 amazon offer ect feel free to move if its not in the correct area.}
Does ticket mean cashback claim is in progress & nothing else needs to be done  ?
Still not quite sure on how this  cashback  works.
Hopefully the ticket  means everything is in order ?

When I got a cash back deal for my mother I received an email within 5 days clicked on the link in it and got the cash back as per the terms.
Not sure if they still work the same.

It should all be in hand, the correct ticket has been added to the account and you should receive the cashback within 60 days.
