I've been offered Unlimited with Orange for £2.50 p/m (plus line rental of course) and am thinking about it. Chances of Plusnet matching it if i stay another year?

Your best bet is to call the customer retentions in the morning and see what they can offer you if you sign up for another 12-18 months.
Bear in mind the grass isn't always greener and while you might save a few £££, you could end up with a lot of hassle if anything goes wrong.

Been with +Net for about 6-7 years, never had a problem. Times are tough though

PlusNet will give you Unlimited BB for £2.50 / month on a 12 month contract ... plus Line Rental of course. They will however add £0.99 for Caller Display and £5.00 per month if you want Anytime calls.
Just call the Options team and wait .... and wait ... and wait in the queue.

If you are lucky - I didn't
However if you ring just after 9.00am there are usually very short, if any, queues

Sorry to hear that you're thinking of leaving. There's not much more I can add that the other's haven't said really, the best bet is to get in touch with the customer options team and see what they can do for you.
