Do you have a Hub1 or Hub2?
Either works with Full Fibre but the Hub1 is limited in throughput so if you're going fo a higher speed you'll need the Hub2. As always PN are happy for you to use your own equipment.
I assume you're aware going to Full Fibre will cost you your landline if still in use.

Thank you for reaching out to us and informing us of the issues you are having, I am sorry to hear you are having connections with your router.
I have carried out a diagnostics test on the service and no fault has been found. With this in mind, it seems an enviromental factor i.e something within the home is causing the signal to lose strength.
Our dedicated techincal support team will happily speak to you over the phone to help improve the aforementioned. Please feel free to contact us on 0330 1239 123 or alternatively advise a time in which you will be available for us to call you.
Many Thanks
Lee
