Thinking of coming back but....

I've been away from Plusnet for over 3 years and now I'm thinking of returning, however I seam unable to make use of any current offers as I'm told I already have Plusnet broadband, and when I log in to see if I can upgrade from the website I get  -

Change already in progress

You are not currently allowed to make a change. There is already a change in progress. Please try again later

 

What are these changes?  I've had other providers since Plusnet, all I can think of is I still have an email active but I've not requested any changes, I'd would just like to search the plusnet products before making a decision who to renew with.

This will relate to the email account you have with us - if you give our Customer Options Team a call on 0800 328 4624 they'll be able to talk you through the deals that are available and implement these for you manually - my apologies for the inconvenience.
