I've been away from Plusnet for over 3 years and now I'm thinking of returning, however I seam unable to make use of any current offers as I'm told I already have Plusnet broadband, and when I log in to see if I can upgrade from the website I get -

What are these changes? I've had other providers since Plusnet, all I can think of is I still have an email active but I've not requested any changes, I'd would just like to search the plusnet products before making a decision who to renew with.
