Can someone at PN communicate the problem pls. NO incoming calls.
BT OR have been tasked, no info, despite the resolve date passing yesterday.
PN have had my account for all of 9 days and no communication to my contact number. Not looking good. Making TT seem appealing.
How would PN charge for a non working service? £0?

I'm sorry you've not had an update so far and that the issue is still ongoing.
Our suppliers believed the issue had been resolved. I've raised the issue back with them and have updated ticket 113976733 which you should be able to see over at http://contactus.plus.net

Nearly three weeks and still not working. Very poor service combined with inability to pick up p a phone and call. Plusnet are really not living up to their "We'll do you proud" boast.
I feel a call to Ofcom coming on.
As an aside 45 minutes to contact customer service is very very poor.
I won't recommend this bunch of clowns.
