The return of overcharging

I have a history of being overcharged for Plusnet broadband. It was reimbursed last year, but I've noticed that the overcharging recommenced from Jan 2020. I'm just a click away from switching. If there's anyone from Plusnet monitoring this I'd appreciate your help. If there's anyone else who might be able to recommend another provider I would like to hear your suggestions. Never BT though! Thanks.

Hi there @Hesnut, I'm sorry to hear about the problems you've had with us in the past.


You're being charged full price at the moment as your contract ran out in January, which is why you noticed the more expensive bills starting around then. I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Options team on 0800 013 2632 to see what deals we have available if you would like to stay with us. They're available from 8am-8pm at the moment.
