The billing system needs revising

Alright guys I have been on plus net for a year and a bit now and the billing system sucks.  I don't usually complain cause I would have thought they would have fixed this by now.   If you miss a payment they cut you off on the plus.net site.  I really don't get this one.  Why block your own site when people need to pay.  It would be quicker for us to be able to go on the site and fix the issue, but how can we if you BLOCK THE SITE!.

I would honestly suggest that you guys take plus.net off the restrictions so we as the consumers can pay our bills.  Thank you

This has been going on since the beginning of the year which plus net are aware of and say they are looking to fix the problem so 10 months on they havnt found a fix and to top it they have just emailed me to tell me my bill will be going up from December pathetic

Hi @alistar, we are sorry to hear you feel this way and can completely understand your frustration.

 

We’re aware that a small number of customers are still experiencing problems from our new billing system and we’re working hard to fix these legacy issues. We are also aware of a small number of customers that are not seeing the splash screen when interruptions are applied meaning this cannot be bypassed on your side.

 

We’re doing all we can to get everything back on track. We’re sorry that this isn’t the service customers have come to expect from us. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
