Thanks for the heads up, this appears to be affecting customers with home phone who were billed today. We've raised problem 64120 to track this, your billing is likely to catch up over the next few days and I expect we'll inform anyone who was affected to give notice.

Morning all,
This is just a quick update to say that this problem is being worked on right now. Apologies for the inconvenience that anyone affected by this must be experiencing. I'll monitor the progress of the problem and will reply back to give you an idea of when billing should catch up.

@Oldjim, have you been billed for your broadband yet? last I heard we were back-processing the accounts that were missed, and things are expected to have fully caught up during the next day or two.

From the position of those affected who don't read this forum I hope you are going to send a billing message explaining what has happened and how it will be corrected next month.
