Sorry forgotten the surname, think it was Batsey but 1st name was defo Rachel.
Logged into my account, caught wind a few things had changed (12 months pre paid line etc ect). Spoke to a funny polite lady who sorted me a cracking deal out.
My missies is happy as £26 covers phone and fiber broadband for 2 years.
I'm happy with a loss of 3MB speed, unlimited usage and a £240 year saving. Still keeping my static IP.
Plusnet, proper broadband and does do you proud. More so the staff, thanks
