Terrible support

I am still waiting for resolution of an issue I first logged two weeks ago (#89873056)...  the ticket has just sat there all week since my last update and before that it was just closed down without properly reading the information included in the question. Is that normal?!
Looks like there are other threads in here to suggest it is!

Hi Linn,
Thanks for your reply and attempting to call me to resolve my ticket (sorry I missed your call - my phone has bad signal at the moment).
In answer to your ticket response, yes I am interested in changing to the 38mbps unlimited fibre package if possible.
