Good afternoon,
I'm creating this topic because I could not contact you through online chat for a whole weekend..
I'm moving out of UK and I need to terminate my contract few monts before it finishes.
Please help me to sort it out and tell me what I have to do. Do i have to send router back aswell?
I know exact date which I'm moving out. Its 22 of November and I would like internet to work until this date.
I'm aware that I will have to pay some fees.

Plusnet don't usually ask for routers back, if they do they will send you an addressed bag.

Thanks for getting in touch and apologies to hear about the wait.
You can cancel you services with us by calling our Customer Options team on 0800 013 2632, they are open:
8am - 8pm Monday to Friday
9am - 7pm Saturday
9am - 6pm Sunday
There is currently a 4 minute queue.
Or as @Baldrick1 mentions you can write a letter in to our Sheffield address that is included in that link above and arrange cancellation that way.

Ok, I did sent letter on Tuesday 30/10/2018 as first class. How long does it take, when I can expect confirmation?
