Talk Evenings & Weekends pro rata charge

Hi can anyone tell me what this is?
I got an email informing me that Plusnet will be charging £4.72 for this
I have broadband & home phone with plusnet (free weekends & evenings only) & haven't made any calls

TBH I can see no good reason for that charge so we'll need to investigate. I have refunded the £4.72 and will keep you updated as to why this seems to have happened.

Payment is scheduled to be taken on the 22nd, will this definitely not be taken?
Also I am being charged for broadband from 1 October 2010 when my account did not go live until 6/10/2010, could I be refunded for those days please?

Hi sammieblue,
Unfortunately the collection of the payment is in process and will be taken but a refund has been issued for the same amount to balance that. I won't be able to discount the broadband as you already have 3 months free broadband applied.
