Thanks, I can see that in my account at least thankfully
The TV section still completely broken there, any update in regards to getting this fixed?
I'm guessing you passed it across as I only reported it this morning but if you can kindly give some updates that would be appreciated as I want to be able to see myself and it's very inconvenient being down.

Oh is that what that was for? I thought that was because of the slow internet speeds I've had recently.
Will I be without internet while they do this and thanks

Any disruption would be minimal and whilst I don't know their exact process, I believe it's mainly a case of them logging in and seeing what you're seeing.
It would likely not be this evening, in any case.
