System won't let me renew line rental saver
On Jan 14th I raised a problem with line rental saver (ticket #197962790) but this was never resolved. I am still in the situation of my account telling me I am signed up for LRS via the message:-
"You're already signed up for Line Rental Saver. This will start from your next billing date."
However, I am evidently not signed up for LRS as I am currently paying the monthly rate and have been since January with the above message appearing whenever I try to sign up.
Because my account wrongly thinks I am signed up, it will not allow me to renew LRS.
Please could you remove this fault on my account which is preventing me from renewing Line Rental Saver.

It was easily fixed & sorted out by one of the helpful plusnet staff - so expect / look out for an email from Plusnet saying a support ticket has been raised on your account.
A fair few customers have reported this same issue with line rental saver.
Once it is fixed - When you line rental saver comes to an end you should get a reminder email to then renew it.
