Hi, I have recently tried to switch my ISP from Plusnet to Vodafone. This is a broadband only product.
Vodafone have contacted my saying they can’t complete the switch because Plusnet have ‘special features’ on my telephone line which need removing.
Any ideas what these are?
I don't believe PlusNet does phone only contracts so may be that.
You may want to think how hard fault finding would be with such a complex setup even if you do manage it.
