Switching from BT - heard nothing from Plus net for 6 weeks

Hi,
I'm switching from BT Infinity to Plus Net. I signed up late September and have had the welcome letter a few days later with my username, password etc. However, that's it, nothing since.
How long should I have to wait before I get sent a router and get connected?

It looks like the orders never progressed to our suppliers. I've replaced them now and they're due to complete on the 28th.

Another quick question - will I get sent an Open Reach modem to go with the router or shall I just use my BT HomeHub 5?

You will receive a Openreach modem but if you want to keep using your HomeHub 5 that's absolutely fine.
