Switched from plusnet over a month ago still being billed.

Good evening. I switched from plusnet to EE broadband recently. However since switching over a month ago I am still receiving bill payment notifications from plusnet and have since had 1 bill be taken and another one pending. I would appreciate if this could be looked at as I am no longer with plusnet. Thank you

I'm sorry to hear your account wasn't closed following your service leaving us. I've raised this to our billing team to work out your final bill, issuing any required refunds and then to close your account.

I switched on 1/11/17 and they seem completely unaware of the fact, and it is virtually impossible to contact them. Still being charged £14.99 for absolutely no reason.
