Bit of an odd question but i will be moving temporarily into a house that doesnt any fibre broadband so no bt, plusnet, talktalk etc; only >1mb dsl or cable.
Could I suspend my account during this time for a few months then reactivate when im in a permanent residence ie when the house is finished?
I dont really want to buy out my contract only to set up a new one later on.
Im sure this isnt a unique situation so any advice much appreciated

Thanks for getting in touch, I appreciate your query.
Suspension of services for more than a few weeks is not really possible. we really need an address to then re-provide to keep the account going.
It's best to discuss dates with our House Moves Team directly, to see what they suggest. They're on 0800 432 0080 between the following hours:
08:00 to 20:00 (Monday to Friday)
09:00 to 19:00 (Saturday)
09:00 to 18:00 (Sunday)
Call wait times to our House Moves Team are minimal, although peak times do affect the time you have to wait.
