Your still trying to bill me even though my services have moved.

Can someone have another look at this?
Just been emailed another payment request/direct debit failed transaction from Plusnet.
I updated the case on 5:10pm, Thursday 1 Sep 2016 to state DD had been cancelled and no-one seems to be looking at this.
I've moved to BT for 12 months because PS gave no offers to keep me. I was planning on moving back after 12 months - but the current mess is making me thin otherwise at present.

Hi @sotonskyblue looks like automation has sent you a notification that the DD payment failed as we were expecting back on 01/09/16. Now the payment has failed, our billing team will be calculating any refunds/charges due and ensuring the account is dealt with appropriately.
