Suddenly unable to view bills

Was looking at bills then suddenly a blank page with this message:-

"There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator"

Extremely unhelpful.

PN: why is this?

(I had requested a password change but never did it.)

Edit: now working again!

Thanks, Tom. It kept on working fine so all was good.

FYI, I was checking the cost. We have just had FTTP made available but unfortunately PN can't help so we're off to BT once a few things have been sorted out: the additional cost is minimal.
